Awesome !!! Can't believe it took 8 years in Florida to finally find the place that knows how to make a burger a classic grilled onion and American cheese burger. Wish other places in Florida would KISS!!! Yes this place delivers. The staff is great the atmosphere is like home and the patrons friendly....

I LOVE THIS PLACE! It's the perfect, small town greasy spoon. Inexpensive, great food, super fun ambiance, great staff. It's a good thing we don't live super closeby, or I'd be there every weekend morning for breakfast!

Here we go! It's my go to move to always find a nice breakfast place via yelp while on vacation. Mac's popped up as a great spot, so you know we had to try it out. Great decor, great help. Slightly above average food except for the biscuits and gravy (AMAZING). Here's the problem, fake ketchup and spongy pancakes. Watered down rebate/no name ketchup can ruin a breakfast, and same with spongy pancakes when you're truly expecting the fluff and greatness of a true buttermilk pancake. Hope this helps for some people and hopefully the owners change the ketchup and pancake game around. Thanks!
I loved this place! Went for breakfast on a Tuesday morning and the place was packed! My mom and I had the BLT Benny off the specials menu. It was eggs Benedict with tomatoes, spinach, & bacon with a side of the BEST home fries I've ever had. It was delicious!!!! I will definitely return to Mrs. Mac's Fillin' Station. The menu was extensive, every dish sounded great. The atmosphere was welcoming, staff was friendly, service was prompt, and decor was so cool! Antique items, old signs, license plates, and old pictures. The best for last... We bought their rag top sticky buns and they were AMAZING! They are a must! If you are too full from your meal take it to go like we did. I popped mine in the microwave for 30 seconds and it was gooey deliciousness!

Only our 2nd visit to Mrs. Mac's and it already feels like home. Great food and friendly, warm, and still efficient servers like Maverick make this place as special as its old car/garage decor! Winner of our personal BBIT award -Best Breakfast In Town! Can't wait to bring the grandkids, they will LOVE this little spot with license plates menus, black and white checked tablecloths and stop lights. And I know our two son in lives will be ordering the "five car pile up" (come in to learn more)

I'm a Vero native, but lived in Orlando for the past 12 years. I've NEVER made it into Mrs. Mac's before. what!?! I know... So, I took my mom there the other day when I was in town for a belated Mother's Day breakfast (she'd never been either and she lives in Vero!). We were both really impressed and got a kick out of the whole theme. Menus are bound together with license plates as front/back covers. super cool! napkins are mechanic's rags! And the decor is straight out of a small town, roadside diner/gas station. I totally dig it. Lots of Old Florida and Vero imagery and items on the walls. License plates from different eras and areas of the country. The servers where overalls and dress like mechanics. Coffee is called motor oil and they ask if you if need refueling. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Be prepared for a southern breakfast feast. I had the country fried steak n eggs. SOOOO GOod but soooo filling! I felt my arteries clogging up, but c'mon...you know what you're going for at a place like this! I would like to check them out for lunch next time. Highly recommend going if you never have! I wish Orlando had something like this!

The place is worth to visit just for the the theme and decor. My wife had the tuna melt and I have the cheese steak. They were ok. Nothing bad or nothing great that I would come back for again. The fries were way overly salted. I understand the breakfast is the best and will try coming again.

Went for breakfast which was OK, not that great. Too darn greasy for me. Home fries were crispy deep fried chip-like morsels of potatoes-very odd and loaded with grease. Rye toast had butter dripping off. Had to take a Tums before I left.

I just love this place. Good service great food and when you're on a budget going out to eat can be few and far apart, but the prices are spot on. From the outside you may second guess going in because of it's location, but def go! You will leave full and happy!!

Love Mrs. Mac's Fillin' Station. Breakfast and lunch are great. Decor is really fun. Staff and service is always top notch. I really like everything I've tried. Just wish they offered french fries, but the potato chips are good. Nice job. Would recommend. Thanks.

When ya find a place ya like....we naturally just keep going back!! Had the turkey reuben sandwich AGAIN, minus the sauerkraut! There sooo friendly in there as usual, and just love it, the hubby got the usual burger he loves, I also got the great sweet potato fries, popcorn comes free or you can add french fries, sweet potato fries, or their crinkle circle fries. Will def. be coming back here again & again! Oh, and of course the license plate menu is pretty cool!

Loved it! We went for breakfast around 9am on a Thursday. It was crowded, but we were seated & served very quickly. The food was top-notch & the staff was super-friendly without being overbearing. I thought I'd be annoyed by the mechanic/garage theme, but actually found it very likeable. Highly recommend!

I just had lunch there today. I heard mixed reviews and Vero Beach does not have many options for quality food. The cheese burger was average and french fries the same. The atmosphere is a little weird and creepy. Not sure I would call eating lunch at a mechanics workshop nice ambiance.

Look for all use "Jerseyites" porkroll is as well known as oranges are in Florida. I have yet to walk into a establishment in Vero that serves breakfast and find it......until now. From the decore which is set up like a 20's gas station to the "oil rag" napkins and menus wrapped in real license plates this is a great place. Food was very good and price are great. Definetly we will be back. Oh and say hello to "RoadRunner". She is a spectacular server!!

What a fun place to eat! Done up in Everything Automotive (including waitresses in bib overalls), Mrs M's serves fresh prepared comfort food. Had breakfast there -- had my usual eggs over easy, toast, home fries and my husband had blueberry pancakes. Both were perfect!! Coffee is constantly refilled without asking (yea!!!). Waitstaff is warm, friendly, efficient and totally professional. Just go!

I often eat breakfast here due to the cheap price and fast service. I get a traditional breakfast AKA the "Mechanics special" which is 2 eggs, bacon or sausage, grits or home fries, and toast for only $4.10! And on the week day they take another dollar off each meal for a "weekday special." My father and I ate breakfast this morning for $6.75 You just can't beat that. The service is very fast when I'm there around 7:30, it does get busy as it gets later though. Lunch is very good as well! all around a great affordable place to eat in Vero

Ok, the food is greasy and not good for you, but oh is it delicious. This is a car themed diner that has some pretty cool decor. When you go, get the chili cheese fries, they add just a touch of cinnamon to them and it makes them fantastic. Highly recommend.

We took our family here for lunch today. The atmosphere is one of a kind. The service was everything you could ask for. The Mac and cheese bites were delicious. The onion rings had a light batter that was nice, but greasy. The streak sandwiches were ok...a bit dry. I had a 6 pack of mini burgers that were so dry that I could not finish them. We will go back to try this place again. I want to like it, but the food has to be better for us to try out a 3rd time.

Super delicious food. Fried Mac n cheese bites were unbelievably good. The staff was very nice, extremely dedicated to their "characters" as Station attendants and so forth. Cute decor, holding true to an old garage diner. Will definitely add this place to the regular weekend breakfast schedule! Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I wished it was open all day and not just breakfast and lunch. Also the waitress was really nice but we felt a little rushed when looking over the many pages of menu offerings. But everything was awesome and will definitely be back!

Thought I'd check this place out due to the reviews and love going to themed restaurants. What an interesting place. Lots of things to look at, and a big menu. Good selection of burgers, especially. The bread was a little funky on mine (I had the Frisco Hub Cap), but it was good, just different. Everything is done just a little different. Popcorn instead of fries, Dubble Bubble at the end instead of mints! Neat place

Mrs. Macs is one of the best breakfast spots in Vero...for their price. A breakfast for 6 of us ended up being $31! Breakfast sandwiches are delicious and the toasted sticky bun was shared & liked by everyone. The car station themed restaurant stays in character the entire time. Only downside is their weak coffee & slightly over-burdened but friendly staff

It's been a while but I remember this being a neat place to get a meal. They had shop rags for napkins and everything was fashioned to look like an old service shop. Food is typical diner fare and pretty decent IIRC and I'm certain this place had fried pickles long before they were trendy and quite tasty. Certainly better than Denny's and more character than the IHOP.

We are still talking about this place 2 weeks after eating lunch there! The décor and ambiance was great, the food was out of this world! The fries were delicious and the burgers were the best we have ever had. We didn't leave ANYTHING on our plates. We did also stuff ourselves with dessert which was the chocolate brownie with ice cream and the key lime pie. Both were super delicious and the perfect size for 1 person. Don't pass this place up!

Well, only took a day. Stopped by today and had another lunch. I'm resigned to getting the burgers the way I want it. But what's great is still the taste, ambiance, and service in a fun setting. I had the set of three Mini Burgers that are loaded with sautéed onion, pickle, ketchup, mustard and cheese. Very tasty. As a side dish, ordered the fried onion rings. Also very tasty. The appetizer, "Lug Nuts" was the fried jalapeño cheese poppers with a slightly spiced sauce on the side. These aren't too spicy. So I recommend it. Looking forward to bringing family and friends here. A great local place. My wife had a great turkey club wrap that she enjoyed. Now if I can just get here for breakfast. Link to menu, restaurant and photos, etc. mrsmacs.com/Gallery/Gall… .

I want to write a review, but I haven't been here in a while. The best thing about this place was the puffy potato rounds/fries with the Cajun mayo... Yummy! The burgers are huge and the servings are filling! I love the décor and the people. Everyone is down to earth, welcomes you like you are family when you come in and they remember you when you return. The downfalls are one bathroom for each gender and it is very busy during lunch so getting there early or late will benefit you. I haven't been back in a while and definitely would go here next time I visit Vero Beach.

Great. Wonderful decorations and even better food. We ate lunch and the sandwiches were superb. Fun place to eat.
